We prep, cook, and clean in the optimal order to keep things separated, but this is a single, multi-use kitchen and store. We can't guarantee any item is free of contact with other ingredients or allergens. So it is always possible for there to be traces of bacon in the bean burrito or vice versa.
We do not currently offer gluten-free items, and we can't guarantee any item is free of wheat or gluten. We'll update this page if that changes.
We spread vegan aioli on our sandwiches because we think it's higher quality and better tasting, plain and simple. (It also happens to be quite a bit more expensive than the usual stuff. We decided it's worth it.)
Our savory items are seasoned with season salt, pepper, garlic, taco seasoning, and similar everyday spices. Ask us if you need specifics on any item.
