The Lunchbox is order-ahead only. No counter, no dining room. Choose a pickup time and your food is ready when you arrive. Ready-made sandwiches and breakfast burritos from the same kitchen are also on the shelf inside Coyote’s every day, no order needed.
Two Ways to Get Lunchbox Food
Both come out of the same kitchen at 805 N Main St.
Made to order, for the time you pick
Pre-orders are encouraged, especially for groups of 3 or more. Made to order for the time you choose, packed and ready with your name on it. Two or more prepared food items required, please.
Order online and choose a pickup time. Pickup starts at 5:30 AM every day: at the Lunchbox outbuilding itself before 7 AM, and inside Coyote’s Outpost from 7 AM. They are adjacent and affiliated. For a pickup before 9 AM, please order by 8 PM the day before.
Ready-made, on the shelf inside Coyote’s
Sandwiches and breakfast burritos from our kitchen are in the cooler and the warmer each morning inside Coyote’s Outpost. Burritos usually sell out by 11 AM (pre-order available). Walk in and grab a quick bite, with register checkout, as stock allows. Walk-in groups sometimes clear it out.
See What’s ReadyThere is no way to order at the pickup window at the Lunchbox. Early pickups, before Coyote’s is open (see Google hours), are outside at The Lunchbox. Otherwise pickup is in store. Pre-orders can be made inside Coyote’s as well as online.
